A Unique Solution to Marking Rings
The RotoTable is a self-contained marking system designed to permanently mark around the diameter of small and large rings, flanges, etc. This cost-effective method marks a wide range of materials from hardened tool steels to delicate plastics.
The RotoTable features a tungsten carbide stylus that oscillates hundreds of times per second performing micro impacts onto the material’s surface. Because the direct roller drives the ring near the marking surface, it requires no input of resolution or diameter settings! The combination of turning the ring and the vertical movement of the marking slide provides the 2 axis of control required to perform any type of marking geometry. The cycle functions automatically including clamping, marking and unclamping with just a touch on the foot pedal. A full-featured controller requires no PC for operation or programming.
