KwikTurn Rotary Fixture

The KwikTurn rotary fixture is ideal for marking around cylindrical or multi sided parts. The modular construction features a base with an adjustable headstock and tailstock. The KwikTurn is the only cylindrical attachment that can accommodate large and miniature products. A hand operated chuck requires no tools and is removable for special tooling applications. The software controls the true surface speed of the diameter, for perfect markings every time. The file based controls include:

• Serial numbering
• Date/time/shift coding

• 2-D data matrix
• Straight, angular, arc text
