High Speed Cylinder Marking System

This system is designed for high speed marking of spherical, angular, and unusually shaped round surfaces. The “open” top loading streamlines production and provides flexibility in accommodating different lengths and diameters of products. All serializing, date/time/shift coding functions as well as 2-D bar codes and graphic marking is supported.

Automatic Clamping and Registration

No chucks or tools are required for clamping. Simply “drop” the bottle onto the system and the drive automatically engages the part (front and rear) and starts the high speed marking cycle. Hundreds of marking files may be stored on the internal Compact Flash card or be sent via the network (LAN) connection.

Adjustable Marking Depth

The on-board pneumatic regulator, filter, gage is used to set the depth of the marking for repeatable performance and high speed operation due to it’s naturally self cooling and simple (1 moving part) head.

Software supports operating multiple machines (through the built-in server) to control serialization and sequencing automatically.
